Data Privacy for Students
When registering for a course we need to collect some basic data in order to verify your identity and to enable us to register you with the appropriate Awarding Body, dependent upon the course on which you are registering. This includes your name (including previous names), address, contact phone number, date of birth, ethnic origin and any qualifications you have relating to the course you are registering.
Whilst studying, relevant information regarding your course related achievements will be recorded.
All information regarding yourself will be kept for 3 years post qualification.
We do not share your personal information with anyone apart from the Awarding Body related to your qualification, except in the case of an emergency or if required by law.
Some of your information will be kept in paper form in a locked, fire proof cabinet and some will be kept electronically, protected by a password.
You have the right to request a copy of any information I hold for you at any time.

When attending for a treatment at the Clinic we will need to collect some personal data from you in order to ensure that it is medically safe for us to treat you and in order to comply with related legal guidelines. We will only collect information from you which is necessary and relevant, in order that we can treat you to the best of our abilities.
Some of your information will be kept in paper form in a locked, fire proof cabinet and some will be kept electronically, protected by a password.
As a health care provider, we are legally required to keep consultation forms for up to 8 years. In addition to the personal data mentioned above, this will also include details of the treatments we have provided.
You have the right to request a copy of any information I hold for you at any time.
We do not share your data with anyone else except in the case of a medical emergency or if required by law.
